With what purpose and legitimacy do we process your personal data?

We process the personal data that you provide us in order to develop and manage the services you have contracted.

Additionally, we process your data, if you have provided your consent, in order to inform you periodically of the news, products and services both by written and electronic means (telephone, email, virtual office, app, SMS, etc.).

What are the legal grounds for the treatment of your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the contract and provision of the services detailed in your invoice.
Regarding other purposes, it is based on the consent that is requested, without the withdrawal of this consent affecting the application of the contract.

How long will we keep your data?

Your personal data shall be kept for the duration of the contractual and commercial relationship, or if you request its deletion. Once the contractual relationship is finalized, we will keep your personal data blocked during the statutory limitation periods, and once these have elapsed, proceed to its elimination.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Your data is not transferred to any third party, unless we are bound by any legislation or mandatory legislation.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Access: You have the right to know if we are processing your data and, if applicable, to know what personal data regarding your ownership we are dealing with.
Rectification: you have the right to rectify personal data that is inaccurate.
Deletion: under certain circumstances, you may request the deletion of your data.

Opposition: in certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you will have the right to oppose the processing of your data, in which case, we would stop processing it except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defines of possible claims.
