Ethical Channel of the aqualia group

Aqualia makes available to its stakeholders a confidential channel to submit notifications about possible breaches of the FCC Code of Ethics and Conduct or its Criminal Prevention Model and about the objective scope of the EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of the whistleblower and the one determined by the respective national laws that develop it.

Communications, which may be nominal or anonymous, will be treated with due confidentiality and diligence, without fear of any type of retaliation and respecting the processing of personal data according to current legislation.

The communications will be previously analyzed and, where appropriate, processed in accordance with the FCC Group's Compliance Model. The Model has a normative block consisting of policies (see Políticas, procedimientos, manuales y guías - FCC) and procedures in which the expected behaviors and actions are established, as well as the protocols for the management of the Ethical Channel and the conduct of relevant investigations.

You have the following ways to report any possible violation of the Code of Ethics and Conduct or the regulations that develop it:

Basic information for notification

Data of the informant: name and surname (it is recommended to make the notification in a nominal way, although anonymous communications are allowed), contact telephone number and an email address, location and country, and the time of preference for the contact from the Compliance Directorate.

Category of the notification or consultation: it must be indicated if the reason for the communication responds to a question of work, sexual or gender-based harassment; money laundering; corruption; conflict of interest; defense of Competition; environmental safety; or any other matter contrary to the FCC Code of Ethics and Conduct and / or the FCC Group Compliance Model.

Communication of the alleged irregularity or non-compliance: relevant information must be provided with the description and detail of the specific facts, indicating where they have occurred, dates and the people involved. Depending on the means of communication used, it is recommended to attach files and/or complementary documents.
