We process the personal data you provide to us to develop and manage the services you have arranged.

Additionally, we process your data if you have given us your consent, to periodically inform you of news, products and services both by written and electronic means (telephone, email, virtual office, app, SMS, etc.).

What are the legal grounds for processing your data?

The legal grounds for processing your data is the performance of the contract and provision of the services detailed in your invoice.

As for the other purposes, processing is based on the consent requested of you. Under no circumstances does the withdrawal of this consent affect the contract's performance.

How long will we keep your data?

Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contractual and commercial relationship, or until you request its erasure. Once the contractual relationship has ended, we will keep your personal data blocked for the limitation period, after which we will erase your data.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Your data is not disclosed to any third party, unless we are bound by any mandatory regulations or legislation.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Access: you have the right to know if we are processing your data and, where appropriate, know which of your data is being processed.
Rectification: you have the right to rectify any personal data that is inaccurate.
Erasure: under certain circumstances, you may request the deletion of your data.
Restriction of processing: under certain circumstances, you will have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your data. In this case, we will only keep it for the exercise or defence of legal claims.
Portability: you will have the right to receive, as an electronic document, the personal data that you have provided to us and the data that has been generated during the contractual relationship, as well as to transmit this information to another entity.
